Duc Hanh People's Credit Fund announces changes in its operations

Pursuant to Decision No. 162/QD-KV10 dated May 7, 2025 of the State Bank, Region 10 Branch;

Duc Hanh People's Credit Fund announces its activities as follows:

1. The charter capital of Duc Hanh People's Credit Fund as of December 31, 2024 is VND 3,311,845,120 (In words: Three billion three hundred eleven million eight hundred forty-five thousand one hundred twenty dong).

2. Amend and supplement Section 7 of Operating License No. 14/NH-GP, dated January 10, 1997, issued by the State Bank of Vietnam, Binh Thuan Province Branch, to Duc Hanh People's Credit Fund as follows:

a) Mobilizing capital in Vietnamese Dong.

b) Loans in Vietnamese Dong.

c) Other activities:

- Providing money transfer services, performing collection and payment services for members and customers through the CF-ebank system of the Cooperative Bank.

- Agent providing payment services for Cooperative Bank for members and customers of Duc Hanh People's Credit Fund.

- Participate in contributing capital to the Cooperative Bank.

- Open a payment account at the State Bank, Commercial Bank, Cooperative Bank.

- Deposit money at Cooperative Bank.
