White Light Cinéhub is an integrated cinema space project, including a high-quality art cinema screening room combined with professional post-production services, along witheducational programs and dialogues about cinema. The project was initiated by the Complex 01 Community Group and the post-production unit White Light Post (Thailand), with the support of the French Institute and the French Embassy in Vietnam.

Located at Complex 01 (No. 29/31/167 Tay Son, Dong Da, Hanoi ), the project aims to become a destination for the film-loving community in Hanoi, as well as a place to introduce independent and experimental cinema works and exchange creativity.
Speaking at the event, Ms. Eva Nguyen Binh – President of the Global French Institute, headquartered in Paris – expressed her joy at the birth of a new cinema space in Hanoi, following the previous film screening activities of L'Espace under the French Institute. She emphasized: “This is a meaningful cooperation initiative. The French Institute is committed to accompanying the development of White Light Cinéhub”.

Mr. Tran Dac Phuc - Co-founder, Director of Complex 01, Co-founder of White Light Cinéhub shared: “Formed from an international cooperation platform, White Light Cinéhub is a creative bridge between Vietnam, Thailand and France. This space aims to promote professional exchange, support young film projects and connect the filmmaking community in Southeast Asia and Europe”.
Shortly thereafter, White Light Cinéhub and the French Institute signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The program opened up open exchanges on the expectation of developing a cinema space focusing on post-production, as well as promoting technical and cultural exchanges behind the screen, with the participation of experts and young filmmakers.
