On the morning of October 24, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Mr. Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Organization Subcommittee serving the 14th Party Congress chaired a meeting of the Standing Subcommittee to review the implementation of organizational work serving the 14th Congress.

Also attending were members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of departments, ministries and branches who are members of the Subcommittee.

At the meeting, Ms. Lam Thi Phuong Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Office of the Party Central Committee, presented a report on the coordination of the implementation of organizational work to serve the 14th National Party Congress since the September 2025 meeting to date; on the progress of implementing the key tasks of the Subcommittee.

After listening to the reports and comments, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu commended the agencies and units for promoting their sense of responsibility and seriously and promptly implementing assigned tasks.

The organization of the Congress is currently being actively and proactively deployed by agencies and units, ensuring progress and quality.

The Standing Secretariat stated that there is not much time left until the 14th National Party Congress, so agencies and units need to urgently complete and report on schedule the following tasks: content to be presented at the Congress; working program; structure, number, topics of discussion at the Congress; regulations on the activities of delegates...

Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu suggested that the working program of the Congress should be reported early for the Politburo to comment. The regulations on the activities of delegates should be sent promptly for delegates to study, thoroughly understand and strictly implement...

Regarding the work of building Congress decoration models, designing badges, guests, propaganda works, etc., the Standing Secretariat requested the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to step up inspection and supervision of implementation, ensuring quality, progress and standards.

At the meeting, the Standing Secretariat mentioned the press work, internal and external propaganda about the 14th National Party Congress; at the same time, emphasized that the Ministry of Public Security and relevant agencies review and ensure absolute security and safety before, during and after the Congress; proactively fight and refute erroneous and hostile views in cyberspace.

Emphasizing that the logistics work to serve the 14th National Party Congress at the National Convention Center (NCC) must be carefully and closely prepared, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested relevant agencies, ministries and branches to have smooth and close management and coordination; focus on urging, checking and supervising to ensure the timely completion and quality of preparations for the 14th National Party Congress.

The Standing Secretariat assigned the Party Central Committee Office to take the initiative in urging and reporting the implementation results to the Standing Steering Committee and the General Secretary. The Standing Secretariat expressed confidence that relevant agencies will continue to make efforts to complete the organization work to serve the 14th National Party Congress./.
