According to the reporter, after 4 years of construction, many sections of the project have completed the road surface, and people can travel on the completed roads. However, many sections are not yet completed, and vehicles must go around small alleys. |

"The roads are not being repaired, and household waste is thrown haphazardly on the streets and sidewalks, and no one comes to collect it. On rainy days, the garbage smells bad and is unpleasant, seriously affecting the lives of households living around here," said Thanh Dat (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi). |
