Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Yearbook to 2030 is coming soon

Vietnam Real Estate Development Center (Vietnam Real Estate Association - VNREA) published the 2nd edition of Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Yearbook - Development planning to 2030, synthesizing and detailing economic zones, industrial parks, industrial clusters, logistics centers, seaports, airports, train stations... nationwide, updated according to the latest planning.

Industrial real estate is real estate used for business or industrial production purposes, including factories, warehouses, plants, distribution centers, logistics, industrial infrastructure, offices, housing for workers and land with potential for industrial development in Economic Zones, Industrial Parks, Industrial Clusters, Export Processing Zones, High-tech Parks...

On February 17, 2022, Bac Giang was the first locality to have its planning approved, and by December 31, 2024, Ho Chi Minh City was the last locality to have completed the approval of its planning for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.

Although the market has many diverse sources and channels for searching and searching for information about real estate in general and industrial real estate in particular, domestic investors, especially international investors, still face difficulties when they do not have sources and channels to access and update fully and latest according to the planning of each locality.

Therefore, over the past 3 years, the Council of Experts and the Real Estate Development Center have devoted themselves to organizing research, statistics, and compiling the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Yearbook - Development Planning to 2030 in English and Vietnamese, expected to be released at the end of the first quarter and the beginning of the second quarter of 2025.

According to the latest statistics of the Vietnam Industrial Real Estate Yearbook - Development planning to 2030 , Vietnam has 19 coastal economic zones and 25 border economic zones. Industrial zones planned for development to 2030 have 445 operating industrial zones, 83 industrial zones planned for expansion and development, 21 industrial zones with adjusted planning, 221 newly planned industrial zones, and 297 industrial zones expected to be established when meeting the conditions prescribed by law.

Industrial clusters planned for development by 2030 have 492 operating industrial clusters, 330 industrial clusters planned for expansion and development, 94 industrial clusters with adjusted planning, 933 newly planned industrial clusters, 212 industrial clusters expected to be established when meeting the conditions prescribed by law. Logistics in Vietnam has 22 airports in Vietnam, 252 train stations in Vietnam, 296 ports and seaports in Vietnam.
