For the Hot Air Balloon Festival event, the company assigned Long Thanh Power to proactively work with Son Tien Eco- tourism City Joint Stock Company to survey and propose power supply for the stage area; visitor and dining areas; paragliding and hot air balloon performance areas.

In addition, the company organized inspections, maintenance, repair, and management of the 110kV and 220kV power grids to ensure safe power supply for the two locations where the event was held. Stop planned power outages, register the priority power supply operation method for 110kV power lines and transformer stations with the Southern Power System Control Center; develop a plan to re-establish operating shifts at unmanned 110kV transformer stations in the area during the event days.
