Accordingly, AFS has clearly confirmed that Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank ) is completely unrelated and unaware of possible provisioning differences at Post Office Finance Company Limited (PTF) in the period before completing the transaction.
At the same time, AFS has also officially withdrawn the initial announcements related to the transaction and affirmed its determination to continue to manage and develop PTF in a sustainable and long-term manner.
To continue developing the relationship between the two parties, SeABank and AFS have signed a cooperation agreement to develop retail products and services to best meet the needs of customers of both parties in Vietnam.
SeABank achieved a profit of VND 5,856 billion in the first 6 months of the year. Closing the first half of 2025, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) achieved a pre-tax profit of more than VND 5,856 billion, an increase of more than 80% over the same period.
