These four pioneer students have just graduated from UEF's Japanese and English Language majors. They will work in the automotive parts production line management department of Mazda Company, Hiroshima City.

Notably, most of these students have participated in international internship programs in Japan before. The valuable experiences they have accumulated, including foreign language skills, professional skills and international working style, form a solid foundation for them to confidently return to Japan as official employees, working in a professional environment.
It is known that UEF regularly organizes various international exchange, study, internship and training activities in many countries for students. However, officially sending graduates to work abroad is a new step, clearly demonstrating the University's extensive internationalization strategy. This special program provides official jobs with attractive salaries, good benefits and opens up opportunities for long-term career development in a global environment for students of the University.
The school representative said: “This can be considered a special milestone marking UEF’s continuous international cooperation efforts, as well as affirming the goal of preparing students to integrate into the foreign labor market. This is also the goal of training global human resources for many years”.

According to the plan, UEF will continue to send new graduates to work in Japan, while expanding its partners and other countries so that the school's students have more opportunities to enter the international labor market.
Not only Japan, in recent years, the school has sent hundreds of students to participate in international internship programs in many countries such as the United States, China, Singapore, Indonesia, etc. This evidence shows the diversification in overseas activities, constantly opening the door to global integration for students, from the lecture hall to the international labor market is not too difficult for UEF students.

The journey of the pioneering UEFers in Japan today is the motivation and inspiration for the next generations of students to confidently reach out to the world, realize their global career dreams, and contribute to enhancing the reputation of Vietnamese highereducation in the international arena.
