On March 7, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City issued a specific roadmap for implementing the Government's Project on international integration in the field of education and training until 2030 .

Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City has proposed a plan to promote dissemination, dissemination and propaganda to raise awareness of civil servants, public employees, workers, parents and students about the guidelines, policies and guidelines of the Party, State and the education and training sector on international integration. Improve the effectiveness of political , ideological and cultural education to limit the negative impacts of international integration on society, culture, ideology, ethics and lifestyle among civil servants, public employees, workers and students.

Also in this roadmap, the Department of Education and Training plans to improve foreign language proficiency for teachers, lecturers and educational administrators through intensive training and development programs to improve teaching, research and international cooperation capabilities.

Prioritize improving the quality of training programs, developing more high-quality programs suitable to learners' needs, diversifying teaching languages, with priority given to programs taught in English.

Actively study international experience in attracting, managing, and training high-quality human resources. Focus on training and improving the quality of human resources for international integration, especially high-quality human resources to meet the requirements of the national digital transformation process, international integration, with qualifications, experience, and ensuring inheritance.

Participate in and promote investment promotion activities for education and training; strengthen training links and advanced programs with foreign educational institutions that have been quality-accredited; promote cooperation and exchange of experts, teachers and students with foreign countries to improve the quality of teaching and learning, contributing to training high-quality human resources for the city and the industry.

Improve the effectiveness of scholarship programs, effectively exploit resources from overseas Vietnamese communities and foreign non-governmental organizations to support the cause, strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation; diversify forms of cooperation with neighboring countries, major countries, strategic partners, and traditional partners; promote cooperation with countries with world-class education.
