Department of Education and Training gives Tet gifts in Le Chung commune (Hoa An)

On January 31, the provincial Departmentof Education and Training organized a program to give Tet gifts to the people of Le Chung commune, Hoa An district.

At the program, the Department presented 70 gifts to 61 near-poor families, 7 individuals and 2 students in difficult circumstances; each gift was worth 600,000 VND. Presented 100 warm clothes and 100 boxes of instant noodles to students of Le Chung Primary School; supported Le Chung Primary School with 40 million VND to build toilets for students.

Director of the Provincial Department of Education and Training Nguyen Ngoc Thu and leaders of Hoa An district presented Tet gifts to near-poor families in Le Chung commune.

Funding sources are mobilized from organizations, individuals, philanthropists, support from officials, civil servants, employees, and workers in the Education and Training sector; Education and Training Trade Union, and Provincial Association for Promotion of Education.

Speaking at the program, Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Thu, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department shared the difficulties of the people and students in the commune; hoped that the people would continue to promote the achievements in the process of building new rural areas, determined to complete the new rural area by 2025 as planned.

The program is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the tradition of mutual love, contributing to further motivating the people of Le Chung commune to continue to make efforts and strive to become rich, build new rural areas, and contribute to the construction and development of the local economy and society.
