Provincial leaders and leaders of departments, branches, scientists and AI experts attended the Conference.

The "AI for the People" program in Thai Nguyen province is implemented with 3 main goals: Connecting to the world's knowledge base through AI; forming a "tea AI" culture and forming an AI First mindset.

In recent times, departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts and cities have actively participated in organizing synchronous implementation, with separate implementation plans, ensuring that they are suitable for practical conditions. Press and media agencies have stepped up propaganda about the program. In particular, the online learning group "Xu Tra Hoc AI" on Facebook has attracted more than 4,600 members, sharing knowledge, experience, and applying AI in practice every day. The program has trained 300 core students at the provincial level. The students have organized expanded training in localities, spreading AI knowledge widely in the community. The above results demonstrate the efforts and determination of the entire political system, the enthusiastic response of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and people in the province, and the contributions of experts in the technology field.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the "Popular AI Learning" Program in Thai Nguyen province.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Huy Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The AI ​​class in Thai Nguyen is not just a training course, but is becoming a symbol of innovation, progressive spirit and determination for digital transformation. Learning is not just to know, but to do, to guide and to lead the community. He requested departments, branches, localities, business community and all people to continue to accompany and join hands to build a Thai Nguyen pioneer in AI application; continue to organize training and disseminate the Program, complete training of core students at the provincial level; establish and maintain a network of community lecturers in each commune and ward. At the same time, promote information and propaganda work on multiple platforms, focus on developing concise and easy-to-access AI training content on Tiktok, Facebook, Zalo, expand the online learning group "Tea Land Learns AI". He emphasized: The results achieved in the first phase of the "AI for All" Program are clear evidence of the spirit of learning, innovation and determination for digital transformation of Thai Nguyen province. This shows that the province is actively implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, realizing the country's major goals in the era of development. He expressed his belief that with the initial success, Thai Nguyen can go further by deploying the AI ​​diffusion model to the grassroots level. This will be a big step forward, helping to improve comprehensive digital capacity, creating a solid foundation for the province's digital transformation process.

On this occasion, 1 collective and 2 individuals were honored to receive Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for their outstanding achievements in implementing the "Popular AI Learning" Program in the province; 10 individuals with outstanding achievements received Certificates of Merit from the Department of Science and Technology.
