Public investment project management handbook

Hai Duong Department of Construction has just published the Handbook on Public Investment Project Management.

Handbook with more than 80 pages describing investment procedures and sequences for public investment programs and projects using state budget capital.

The handbook consists of two parts. Part A includes the contents of the order and procedures of projects using public investment capital, the stages: project preparation, project implementation and project completion.

Part B includes the following appendices: contractor selection process; sample documents, reports, submissions, decisions; project preparation schedule, project implementation for group B and group C (taking into account the step of selecting construction contractors for reference).

The administrative procedures for project implementation are illustrated by a general diagram and the steps in each phase are shown in a detailed process of the entire project implementation process. The sample documents are updated based on the forms issued with the provisions of law.

The handbook is posted on the Electronic Information Portal of the Department of Construction (http://soxaydung.haiduong.gov.vn) for interested agencies, units, organizations and individuals to study, exploit and use for professional work.

The announcement of the "Public Investment Project Management Handbook" implements the Plan of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province on the scenario of project implementation progress and disbursement progress of public investment capital in 2025 in Hai Duong province. The Handbook is a document to help agencies, units, organizations and individuals to research, exploit and use for professional work when implementing public investment projects in the province.
