Accordingly, the Inspector of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health fined Nguyen My Quynh Phuong - Owner of CARE business (1st floor - 223 To Hien Thanh, Ward 13, District 10) 35 million VND for the violation of "Advertising medical examination and treatment services without a license to operate medical examination and treatment". The owner of this facility was forced to remove and delete the advertisement without a license to operate medical examination and treatment.

The Health Department Inspectorate also fined Dental Clinic Co., Ltd. - Dental and Maxillofacial Clinic (188 Ly Thai To, Ward 1, District 3) 45 million VND for violating the law on "Advertising special products, goods and services without having the content confirmed by a competent State agency before advertising according to regulations".

Dental Clinic at 188 Ly Thai To has just been fined for advertising violations.

In addition, WhiteCoat Vietnam Co., Ltd. - Health consultation clinic via information technology (7th floor, HB Tower building, 669 Dien Bien Phu, ward 25) was also fined 54 million VND for many violations, including:

Establishing a medical examination and treatment book but not recording it fully as prescribed by law; Operating with a signboard that does not have enough basic information as prescribed by law; and Advertising special products, goods and services without having the content confirmed by a competent State agency before advertising as prescribed.

The two companies that violated the above advertising regulations were forced to remove, dismantle, and delete advertisements whose advertising content had not been confirmed by a competent State agency before implementation.
