Exciting program to welcome new Vietnamese students in Tianjin city, China

This is a meaningful and practical event, aiming to welcome new Vietnamese students to study in Tianjin, and at the same time strengthen solidarity and unity among generations of Vietnamese students studying in China.

Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Duy Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Counselor; Hoang Mai Dien, First Secretary in charge of education ; Nguyen Thai Trung, First Secretary in charge of community work - citizen protection of the Vietnamese Embassy in China, representatives of businesses, overseas Vietnamese in Tianjin city, representatives of the Association of Overseas Students in Beijing city, and a large number of Vietnamese students studying at universities in Tianjin city.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, President of the Vietnamese Student Association in Tianjin City, sent a warm welcome to the new students and reviewed the Association's outstanding activities in the past year, such as Vietnam-China cultural exchange programs, volunteer activities, sports and support for new students.

Next, Comrade Hoang Mai Dien, First Secretary in charge of education at the Vietnamese Embassy in China, spoke, sending words of encouragement to the new students, affirming the Embassy's attention to overseas student affairs, and expressing his hope that the new generation of students will continue to promote the spirit of learning, solidarity and creativity, contributing to fostering the increasingly strong Vietnam-China friendship.

During the program, Ms. Do Hong Hanh, representative of Vietnamese businesses and overseas Vietnamese in Tianjin city, shared that Vietnamese businesses are always ready to accompany, support and create conditions for Vietnamese students in China to have more opportunities to study, practice and develop themselves.

The 2025 New Student Welcome Program "The Era of Rising - Shining Vietnamese Beauty" ended in a warm, proud and emotional atmosphere, with unique performances imbued with Vietnamese national identity, leaving a deep impression in the hearts of attendees.
