SON HOA: Implementing the correct procedures and progress of the arrangement of commune-level administrative units

According to the People's Committee of Son Hoa district, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the locality has developed a plan to arrange commune-level administrative units; deployed the work of arranging cadres when implementing the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units and not organizing at the district level; organized to collect people's opinions on the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units to ensure proper procedures and progress.

The district has also taken the initiative to collect opinions and aspirations of officials, civil servants and public employees when implementing the policy of rearranging the organization of the political system; encouraged officials, civil servants, public employees and employees with 10 years of work remaining, especially those with 5 years of work remaining before reaching the prescribed retirement age, to voluntarily write an application for early retirement; directed specialized departments to proactively develop plans to arrange officials and civil servants at district and commune levels to new communes (after the merger), ensuring compliance with the standards and conditions of the job positions. At the same time, review and develop plans to arrange and allocate working offices, equipment, and conditions to ensure the work of Party, government and Fatherland Front agencies of the new communes, ensuring convenience, efficiency and avoiding waste.
