Donating a set of books about General Nguyen Chi Thanh to the museum

On January 10, authorized by the Chief of the General Department of Politics , the People's Army Publishing House organized the handover of a set of books about General Nguyen Chi Thanh to the General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum.

The book series includes: General Nguyen Chi Thanh - Collection and General Nguyen Chi Thanh in the hearts of comrades and people . The book series has just been released after more than 3 months of implementation, aiming to celebrate the 110th anniversary of General Nguyen Chi Thanh's birth.

Colonel Pham Van Truong, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the People's Army Publishing House, said that the book General Nguyen Chi Thanh - Complete Works is a collection of the general's writings over the years. In it, we can see his vibrant and rich revolutionary life, as well as his great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party, the nation and our army.

The instructions of General Nguyen Chi Thanh contributed significantly to the victory of the army and people of the South in the first dry season strategic counter-offensive (1965 - 1966) and the second dry season strategic counter-offensive (1966 - 1967), forcing the US army to retreat into passive defense, bankrupting the US's Local War strategy.
