
At 9:00 a.m. on the first day of the week, when we arrived at Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, the ward's Public Administration Service Center had quite a lot of people waiting for their turn to have their administrative documents processed.
As a central ward, since the operation of the 2-level local government (July 1 - August 6), it has received 1,651 records, including 1,330 online records and 321 direct records. Mr. Pham Tan Long - Specialist in charge of the Public Administration Service Center of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat said: "The records received by the ward in the past time were mainly in the fields of justice, civil status, authentication, business registration, construction licensing... The records received in the land sector were only average, not many, because it is a central ward, housing and land are relatively stable".
Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that all administrative procedures of the province have been made public on the national database of administrative procedures; posted at the public administrative service centers at the provincial and commune levels; and the settlement process has been built on the province's administrative procedure settlement information system.
Lam Dong has recently focused on effectively implementing the Administrative Reform Plan (ARP) for 2025; continuing to carry out PAR well, prioritizing reviewing and reducing the time for implementing administrative procedures related to production, business activities, investment attraction, land, construction... to support and create favorable conditions for businesses and investors according to the direction of the Government .
Regarding the land registration office, the province has issued a decision regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the land registration office under the Department of Agriculture and Environment; establishing regional land registration office branches in the province to ensure operations in new administrative units, to handle land procedures for the people.
From now until the end of 2025, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee said that it will continue to promote administrative reform, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management; reform administrative procedures towards publicity, transparency, cost reduction, compliance with the law, creating favorable conditions for people, organizations, and businesses, eliminating the "ask - give" mechanism. The province also committed to making efforts to remove institutional bottlenecks, promptly remove regulatory barriers that are no longer suitable for investment and business activities in the province; improve the quality and efficiency of key areas of administrative reform; reduce and simplify all regulations related to production and business of enterprises to promote production and business development.
The province also aims to build a modern administration based on the quality of its staff, civil servants and public employees, associated with the innovation of the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanisms in handling administrative procedures to improve the quality of service to the people.
By August 6, Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat had resolved 1,410 files; of which, 1,282 files were resolved before the deadline, 3 files were on time, and 125 files were late. 141 files are being processed (220 files are on time; 21 files are overdue). The ward has digitized 1,635/1,651 input files, and 16 files are waiting for the system to synchronize; digitized 1,285/1,285 settlement results.
