Strengthening tourist services on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2

In order to prepare the best conditions to serve tourists on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2, 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lao Cai province has just sent a document to the People's Committees of communes and wards, the Provincial Tourism Association, tourism service businesses and the Management Board of tourist areas and spots in the area.

Accordingly, localities are required to effectively implement tourism management, ensure security and safety for tourists, tighten inspection, handle price hikes, solicitation and pressure on tourists, and maintain a hotline to receive feedback from tourists; communes and wards synthesize and quickly report on tourism activities during the holiday before 4:00 p.m. on September 2.

In particular, the Department emphasized the continued implementation of the "Domestic Tourism Stimulus Program 2025" with the theme "Vietnam - Travel to Love" - ​​This is considered an opportunity for Lao Cai to build more new and attractive tourism products associated with local culture; at the same time, encourage domestic people to choose to experience and explore their homeland and country, contributing to the recovery and development of sustainable tourism.

For the Provincial Tourism Association, the Department proposed to strengthen coordination with functional agencies, encourage businesses to innovate products, improve service quality and promote the role of a bridge between businesses and management agencies.
