* Ms. Tran Thi Diem Phuong, Head of Tuy Hoa Thien Tam Group, and other members have just awarded a scholarship of 8 million VND to Le Y Thuong, class 12A10, Nguyen Hue High School, Tuy Hoa City. Le Y Thuong's family lives in Ba Trieu neighborhood, Ward 7, Tuy Hoa City. Thuong's mother is disabled in both arms and legs and is raising her child alone. The mother and child do not have a home and live in a small attic of a relative.
