Startup training, digital transformation

On October 28 and 29, the Provincial Youth Union organized a training course to improve business management capacity and digital transformation for young entrepreneurs in 2025.

Participating in the training, more than 150 union members, youth, and young entrepreneurs were updated with new policies and resolutions of the Party and State related to private economic development, innovation, and support for youth startups; provided with general knowledge about startups, innovative startups, skills in forming ideas, building effective business models; applying digital transformation, artificial intelligence in management, production, customer care, and brand development. In addition, students had the opportunity to visit, exchange, and learn from experiences at businesses that have been successful in applying technology and digital transformation. Thereby, helping students to equip themselves with more useful knowledge and skills to improve their creative thinking capacity, form startup ideas, apply digital transformation in production and business, contributing to building a team of Khanh Hoa youth who are brave, creative, and pioneers in startups and developing the digital economy.
