On the morning of April 18, at the Dong Xu Cultural Center, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hai Duong province held a conference to meet and dialogue with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and female cadres and members in the province.

Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, National Assembly Delegation; leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; leaders of districts, towns and cities and nearly 400 female delegates.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang acknowledged and commended the important contributions of the team of cadres, members and women of the province in the past time.
The Provincial Party Secretary also frankly pointed out a number of shortcomings, difficulties and challenges for female cadres and members. Therefore, this dialogue conference is a forum for representatives of cadres, members and women to directly reflect their thoughts, aspirations, difficulties and problems; at the same time, propose and recommend to the provincial leaders issues related to the implementation of their functions and tasks.
The Provincial Party Secretary assessed that 10 direct opinions at the conference and 163 submitted opinions reflected relatively comprehensively the concerns of female cadres and members.
The questions have inspired provincial leaders and departments to continue researching and finding solutions to overcome shortcomings and limitations and improve the effectiveness of leadership, direction and implementation of the province's political tasks. The responses of department leaders basically followed the recommendations of cadres, members and women in the whole province.
However, there are still some recommendations from delegates that have not been answered in detail by relevant departments and branches or have not yet had satisfactory solutions and measures. "Relevant departments, branches, agencies and units continue to synthesize, review and respond in writing to the contents of recommendations and reflections from cadres, members and women today, promptly report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on arising issues that exceed their authority," comrade Tran Duc Thang assigned the task.

Based on the summary report of recommendations and dialogue results, the Provincial Party Secretary requested that all levels and sectors in the province focus on reviewing and resolving 4 groups of issues.
That is to support women in comprehensive development such as starting a business, vocational training, marriage and family, women's safety; social security; participating in new rural construction, environmental protection, production, processing, and consumption of agricultural products; association work and gender equality.
Regarding the group of issues supporting women to develop comprehensively, the Provincial Party Secretary said that recently the province has had many instructions on training a team of reporters and grassroots collaborators to propagate and disseminate policies to the grassroots. At the same time, he requested that the sectors urgently consult on solutions to solve problems related to marriage, family, and safety for women and children.
To continue to more effectively resolve proposals and recommendations related to the above group of issues, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to annually coordinate in developing a plan for propaganda, training, and educating collaborators to transfer skills in developing a collective economic development linkage model with solutions to increase the value of agricultural products, creating a chain of product output linkages to people, households, and economic establishments. The Provincial Women's Union coordinates in propaganda, training, and educating collaborators to transfer entrepreneurial skills and build quality product brands.
The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism develops a plan to disseminate advice and support knowledge on marriage, family, and domestic violence prevention. The Department of Industry and Trade regularly coordinates to inspect, monitor, and promptly handle establishments processing and trading food of unknown origin. Research and advise on creating a chain of product output links to members. The provincial police coordinate to develop solutions to limit the harmful effects of technology, promptly disseminate and guide the prevention of fraud in cyberspace.

Regarding the group of social security issues for women and children, especially children in difficult circumstances and women with young children, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the province will continue to pay attention to implementing specific policies. In particular, focusing on policies related to orphans, disabled children in difficult circumstances; housing for low-income people, kindergartens in areas with industrial parks and industrial clusters; supporting health insurance for women's association officials and groups. At the same time, strengthen inspection and supervision of the implementation of regimes and policies for enterprises employing many female workers.
Regarding new rural construction, environmental protection, and agricultural production and consumption, the Provincial Party Secretary informed that the province has a policy to invest in building a large-capacity waste treatment plant to meet practical requirements. Regarding inorganic waste treatment, funding will be allocated to support localities in handling it. At the same time, solutions will continue to be found for environmental management and protection, especially in traditional craft villages.
Regarding the work of female cadres, union cadres, gender equality and union organization building, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the province has closely followed the central and provincial policies and plans in training, fostering, and planning the appointment of cadres, including female cadres. He assigned specialized agencies to continue researching solutions to achieve key leadership goals. At the same time, he reviewed and assessed the current status of working conditions of the union organization.

Regarding the issue of merging and streamlining the apparatus, the Department of Home Affairs will coordinate to introduce and create new jobs for officials who no longer work after the apparatus is streamlined, and have policies to support startups.
The Provincial Party Secretary assigned the Provincial Party Committee Office to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee to advise on the notification of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee's conclusion to competent authorities for consideration and settlement according to regulations.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission presides over, coordinates, monitors, urges, inspects, and supervises specialized agencies, levels, and sectors to implement the conclusions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and reports the implementation results of specialized agencies, levels, and sectors to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang believes that cadres, members and women in the province will continue to strive, promote the achievements, overcome difficulties and challenges to successfully complete all assigned tasks, worthy of the trust of the Party Committee, government and people in the province.
