Focus on implementing digital transformation tasks and Project 06 well

In 2023, all levels and sectors have synchronously deployed solutions to implement digital transformation tasks and Project 06, thus achieving positive results. The institution to implement the Project has been completed, effectively serving the settlement of administrative procedures, providing online public services, contributing to socio-economic development, building digital citizens, digital government, towards digital government. 10/16 digital transformation goals of the province have been completed. Of which, 100% of online public services at level 4 or the whole process, 100% of shared databases are connected and shared across the province; 90% of total work records at the provincial level, 80% of work records at the district level and 60% of work records at the commune level are processed online. Over 50% of small and medium-sized enterprises use digital platforms, applying digital technology in production and business. 100% of commune-level administrative units, over 54% of households are covered by fiber optic broadband infrastructure, 70% of the province's population aged 15 and over have transaction accounts at banks or other licensed organizations... With 53 essential public services in implementing Project 06, the whole province has received and processed 491,643 online records, saving people and businesses nearly 15 billion VND. 100% of citizens of age are issued citizen identification cards with more than 1.5 million cards, 958,367/794,301 electronic identification accounts are issued, activated and used, reaching 120.7% of the target assigned by the Ministry of Public Security. People effectively use citizen identification cards in medical examination and treatment instead of health insurance cards, promoting cashless payments. 73/80 tasks, 19/29 models in the implementation roadmap of Project 06 in the area have been effectively implemented. Thai Binh is the first locality in the country to direct cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers in state agencies to implement the 3 haves: "having a chip-embedded citizen identification card - having an electronic identification account - having a national public service account"...

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and reviewing the results achieved, discussing solutions to promote digital transformation and effectively implementing Project 06 in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee on Digital Transformation, Head of the Working Group of Project 06 of the province acknowledged the efforts and achievements of departments, branches and localities in implementing Digital Transformation and Project 06 of the province. Do a good job of receiving and processing records on the national public service portal and digitizing the results of administrative procedure settlement. Focus on completing the implementation of essential public services according to Project 06 and the Prime Minister 's decisions; perfecting business processes, digitizing records and results of administrative procedure settlement, connecting online public services with the National Public Service Portal; regularly evaluating results through the satisfaction level of people and businesses. Units and localities strictly implement the plan to implement Project 06 in 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee, focusing on promoting the application of online public services, digitizing records, results of administrative procedure settlement, promoting non-cash payment of social security services, cleaning data, sharing connections with the province's shared data warehouse. Strive for the rate of online public services in the whole province in 2024 to reach 80% or more. The Provincial Police continue to perform well the role of the standing agency in performing the tasks of Project 06, proactively advising the Provincial People's Committee to well implement the Law on Identification and the tasks of implementing the project. The Department of Information and Communications coordinates with units to well implement the Central's directions in performing tasks, promptly advising and completing the Smart Operation Center and the province's shared data warehouse to ensure savings and efficiency. The Department of Planning and Investment and the Department of Finance, based on the province's resources, pay attention to, create conditions, and arrange funding to carry out the tasks of implementing Project 06 and Digital Transformation.
