Taste Atlas: Duck blood pudding "reverses" from worst dish to most loved one.

Duck blood pudding is considered a "popular version" of the traditional blood pudding dish, described as being made from frozen fresh duck blood, mixed with minced neck meat and offal, and served with roasted peanuts, lime, and herbs.

At the end of 2025, Taste Atlas will publish a new list of the 50 best duck dishes in the world .

Notably, Vietnam has three representatives on this list: duck blood soup, duck noodle soup with bamboo shoots, and duck porridge.

Among them, duck blood pudding is considered the "popular version" of the traditional blood pudding. The dish is described as being made from frozen fresh duck blood, mixed with minced neck meat and offal, and served with roasted peanuts, lime, and herbs.

It's worth noting that earlier this year, this dish was ranked 52nd on Taste Atlas's list of the 100 worst foods in the world.
