Tavico celebrates 20 years of establishment and development

(DN) - On the evening of April 25, Tan Vinh Cuu Joint Stock Company (Tavico) held a ceremony to celebrate its 20th anniversary of establishment and development (2005-2025).

In 2005, Tavico was established as a sawmill and dryer factory, importing legally imported round wood from the EU, the US and Russia, then sawing and drying it into sawn wood distributed to Vietnamese wood processing factories, contributing to meeting the shortage of raw materials in the wood processing industry at that time.
By 2010, Tavico had expanded its supply of sawn and dried raw wood from other reputable suppliers in the world . At the same time, this enterprise also launched the Tay Wood Supermarket, known as the first wood material supermarket in Dong Nai and the whole country.

2015 was a strong turning point when the Tavico raw wood hub at Tan Cang Long Binh ICD Economic Zone was established with an area of ​​nearly 40 hectares. From there, the "Professional and legal raw wood distribution system", an important link in the supply chain of the Vietnamese wood industry in particular and the world wood industry in general, was also launched by the enterprise.

From 2023 onwards, Tavico Group has become a modern ecosystem, a legal raw wood distribution center, connecting with many wood production enterprises in Vietnam and the world; the company also promotes support for farmers and forest farms to invest in domestic raw material forest areas.
