Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong, Loan Group of Quarter 2, Long An Ward said: "We have clearly informed about the loan amount, interest rate and eligible borrowers. Currently, the group does not have any records because the conditions for students to achieve excellent grades in these majors are not easy, but we believe that the policy will contribute to encouraging the learning spirit of students."

Up to now, Thu Thua Transaction Office ( Tay Ninh Province Social Policy Bank Branch) has disbursed 90 million VND to one case; at the same time, 5 other cases have completed their documents with a total capital of 400 million VND, expected to be disbursed in September.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hong, Deputy Director of the Tay Ninh Province Social Policy Bank Branch, emphasized: “This special loan policy was born at the right time, meeting the expectations of many families with children studying STEM majors, helping to cover all tuition fees and part of living expenses so that the children can study with peace of mind. The procedure is very simple, only requiring confirmation from the school, a meeting of the evaluation team and confirmation from the locality. Within 3 days of receiving the application, the Social Policy Bank will announce the results and proceed with the disbursement."
