In October 2023, the Department of Industry and Trade continued to direct the Trade Promotion Center to closely and flexibly coordinate with the People's Committees of districts and cities to organize 02 programs "Bringing Vietnamese goods to the mountainous areas" in Phu Binh and Phu Luong districts and 02 programs "Stimulating domestic consumption associated with the Campaign for Vietnamese people to prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in Dai Tu district and Song Cong city.
According to Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan, Director of the Trade Promotion Center, in the coming time, the unit will continue to advise the Department of Industry and Trade and the Provincial People's Committee to flexibly, creatively and effectively implement trade promotion activities, actively support, accompany, and remove difficulties for businesses, ensure market stability, and promote production and business. Thereby, creating a real change in awareness and action of all levels, sectors, people and the business community in implementing the Campaign, creating momentum to spread the image of Thai Nguyen province actively and proactively integrating and developing, joining hands to build the country, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals in 2023 and the following years.

The Department of Industry and Trade also actively deploys and coordinates the organization of training courses, workshops, and seminars to support businesses, cooperatives, cooperative groups, and production and business establishments to gain more knowledge and information about the market, sales skills, and e-commerce skills such as: "Training course on business administration, sales skills, customer care, and e-commerce"; "Workshop on financial management trends and B2B business administration sales for small and medium enterprises in 2023".
