Visiting families of victims of work-related accidents

On August 15, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction Nguyen Tan Chan, representing the Provincial People's Committee, visited and supported the families of the victims who died in the work accident on August 11 at the construction site of the North-South Expressway, Quy Nhon - Chi Thanh section, through Tuy An Bac commune.

At the families of the victims Ton Thanh Minh in Tuy An Bac commune and Nguyen Ba Nam in Tuy An Dong commune, representatives of the Department of Construction sent their deepest condolences, expressed sympathy for the great loss of the family, and presented gifts to support them to share the immediate difficulties.

The leaders of the Department of Construction also requested that localities pay attention to and support the victims' families to stabilize their lives soon. The construction unit and project investor coordinate with relevant agencies to promptly clarify the cause of the incident and fully implement the regimes and benefits for the workers' families according to regulations.

At the same time, contractors are required to strengthen measures to ensure labor safety during construction, absolutely not allowing similar incidents to occur.
