Thanh Hoa spends more than 14 billion VND to implement the regime for contract teachers.

This fund will be taken from theeducation , training and vocational training expenditure source in the provincial budget estimate for 2025.

This funding source includes the cost of recruiting contract teachers according to Decree No. 111/2022/ND-CP dated December 30, 2022 of the Government , along with a number of educational regimes, policies and other arising tasks.

Thanh Hoa Department of Home Affairs recently proposed assigning more than 3,800 contract teacher positions in the new school year 2025-2026 (Illustration photo: Thanh Tung).

There are 67 high schools, centers for continuing education - general techniques, vocational colleges for disabled and especially disadvantaged youth in Thanh Hoa province that have been funded.

The Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Finance to be responsible before the law and relevant agencies for the accuracy, legality, and approval authority of the consulting and appraisal contents.

This Department will also be responsible for ensuring conditions, standards and norms according to regulations, including contents not mentioned in advisory and appraisal documents.

The Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also requested relevant departments and branches to guide, inspect and implement funding procedures in accordance with the regime, policies and legal rights of workers as prescribed.

At the same time, educational institutions that are provided with additional funding are responsible for managing and using the allocated capital in a thrifty, effective, public, and transparent manner.
