Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Defense Command of Region 1 - Long Phu consists of 3 subordinate Party cells; the Party Committee of Regiment 892 consists of 2 unit Party Committees and 3 subordinate Party cells. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Phu Xuan Vinh holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Defense Command of Region 1 - Long Phu for the 2025 - 2030 term; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoa holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Regiment 892.

On the same day, the Defense Command of Region 2 - Long Xuyen organized a ceremony to launch the peak emulation campaign "Raising the August red flag - competing for 3 firsts". The main contents focus on: Highest will, awareness, responsibility; performing political tasks with the highest results; building discipline, complying with the law, and strictest discipline; reforming military administration, breaking through innovation, creativity, digital transformation and implementing the "Digital Education for All" movement with the highest results. The emulation period is from July 10 to October 31, 2025.
