(BTV) On the morning of December 23, Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a conference to remove difficulties and obstacles in the site clearance of Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park and the implementation of the Goertek Company project. Also attending were Comrade Le Xuan Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Leaders of departments, branches, localities, and units investing in industrial park infrastructure.
Conference overview
Nam Son - Hap Linh Industrial Park has a total planned area of 306.4 hectares; Up to now, 220 hectares have been completed for compensation and site clearance. The area that has not been cleared is 86.4 hectares, of which 83.8 hectares belong to Tien Du district and 2.6 hectares belong to Bac Ninh city. Specifically, for land lots E1, E2, F1 (total area of 25.17 hectares) still stuck with site clearance related to farm land; 1.2 hectares of land belonging to Goertek Company project related to national defense land area.
The company hopes that the province, departments, and localities will speed up the progress of compensation and site clearance to soon hand over the site to enterprises to start investment projects.
