This Department requested the University of Finance and Marketing to publicly post the project to organize an English proficiency test according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam on the school's website; Organize the test according to the regulations; Issue and manage certificates according to the current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. The school reports the test organization plan, time and location of each test, and synthesizes and evaluates the results after each test to the Department of Quality Management.

Thus, up to now, there are 34 universities nationwide organizing English proficiency tests according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam, specifically as follows:
