This Department requested the University of Finance and Marketing to publicly post the project to organize an English proficiency test according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam on the school's website; Organize the test in accordance with the regulations; Issue and manage certificates in accordance with current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training. The school reports the test organization plan, time and location of each test session, and summarizes and evaluates the results after each test session and sends them to the Department of Quality Management.

Thus, up to now, there are 34 universities nationwide organizing English proficiency tests according to the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam, specifically as follows:
