Lao Cai real estate market 'heats up' with The Manor Tower's tourist apartment project

Lao Cai is one of the northern provinces where the market is making remarkable changes. Notably, in September 2023, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 1040 approving the investment policy of the Project "Developing infrastructure and sustainable urban areas in Lao Cai province" using loans from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) with 3 components implemented in the districts: Bat Xat, Bao Thang, Bac Ha and Sa Pa town. After completion, the project will create momentum for sustainable development of infrastructure in Bac Ha, Sa Pa, Lao Cai city, connecting important tourist areas of Sa Pa, Bac Ha, Y Ty and Lao Cai city, contributing to realizing the socio-economic development goals of the locality.

With the support of the Central Government, Lao Cai has also approved and called for many other urban, ecological service and social housing projects such as the social housing project in the residential area adjacent to the extended B6 road, Bac Lenh ward, Lao Cai city; Urban service, ecological tourism and high-tech industrial projects of nearly 4,400 hectares in Pho Lu, Bao Thang district.

Famous tourist areas, industrial parks, and border economic zones are expanding, and the demand for sightseeing, relaxation, and settlement is increasing. These factors have helped attract investors to develop various types of real estate in Lao Cai, which has flourished and gradually warmed up after the Covid-19 pandemic.

The price ranges from 26.2 million/m2. Along with complete legal documents, the company also offers many attractive sales policies such as: discounts up to 7% and capital support for investors up to 80% with preferential interest rates.

Also during this time, Irista Hill Sapa will open the first sale with more than 100 apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms, with prices starting from 24.2 million VND/m2. At the opening ceremony, customers who register to buy a house at Irista Hill Sapa building and make a deposit will enjoy a preferential price of up to 8.5% depending on the payment schedule after signing the contract.

In particular, for both projects, if customers register before November 26, they will receive many other attractive incentives.

Many opinions say that with the implementation of housing projects and the reopening of apartments in Lao Cai, real estate in the Northwest region shows signs of warming up, promising to bring many benefits to investors who quickly start a new cycle of the real estate market in general and the Northwest region in particular.
