Secretary of Tinh Bien Town Party Committee Nguyen Hong Duc; Chairman of Tinh Bien Town People's Committee Pham Van Phuc, leaders of sectors, localities, officers and soldiers of the armed forces and a large number of people attended.

In a solemn atmosphere, delegates together commemorated the heroic martyrs and compatriots who fell for the cause of national liberation and reunification, so that today's country can be united.

Thereby, promoting the tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source”, “Repaying gratitude”, honoring the contributions of heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and families with meritorious services to the revolution.
