Press release on the closing of the 14th Central Conference, 13th term

On the morning of November 6, 2025, the 14th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee entered its second working day and closed.

On behalf of the Politburo , Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member and Prime Minister, chaired the discussion; Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly, chaired the closing session.

The Central Committee and delegates worked at the Hall, discussing the contents that the Central Committee had discussed in groups on the afternoon of November 5, 2025. Through the discussion sessions, there were 220 comments from the Central Committee on the draft Report reviewing the leadership and direction of the 13th Party Central Committee to be submitted to the 14th Congress; the draft Report summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the 13th Party Central Committee, Politburo and Secretariat; the draft Report summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the 13th Party Central Committee's Inspection Committee; the Report summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient."

The Politburo met to receive and explain the Central Committee's comments, asked for the Central Committee's opinions on the above contents and approved the Resolution of the 14th Central Committee Conference. General Secretary To Lam delivered the closing speech of the Conference.

The Party Central Committee calls on the entire Party, people and army to promote the tradition of patriotism, solidarity, unity, strive and resolve to successfully implement the socio-economic development tasks in 2025 and the targets and tasks of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; promote and improve the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements and successfully complete preparations for the successful organization of the 14th National Party Congress./.
