Content 1: Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Duc Hai, the National Assembly listened to: Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Dang Quoc Khanh, authorized by the Prime Minister, present a Report on explanation, acceptance, and revision of the draft Land Law (amended); results of public consultation on the draft Land Law (amended); Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Economic Committee Vu Hong Thanh presented a Report on the examination of the draft Land Law (amended).

Content 1: Under the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Resolution on taking a vote of confidence, a vote of no confidence for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly, the People's Council (amended). At the discussion session, 9 delegates spoke, in which, the delegates basically agreed on the necessity of issuing the Resolution; the dossier, order, procedures and basic contents of the draft Resolution. In addition, the delegates focused on discussing: the structure of the Resolution; the concept of "taking a vote of confidence"; the subjects of taking a vote of confidence, a vote of no confidence; cases where a vote of no confidence is not taken; the principles of taking a vote of confidence, a vote of no confidence; the basis for assessing the level of confidence for people subject to a vote of confidence, a vote of no confidence; the responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in taking a vote of confidence, a vote of no confidence; the time limit and time of organizing a vote of no confidence; Prohibited acts; procedures for proposing and recommending the National Assembly and the People's Council to take a vote of confidence; procedures for taking a vote of confidence and a vote of no confidence at the National Assembly and the People's Council; consequences for those who are subject to a vote of confidence and a vote of no confidence; results of a vote of confidence and a vote of no confidence; suspension of implementation; method of calculating the percentage of votes; leadership and direction of taking a vote of confidence and a vote of no confidence; amendments and supplements to Resolution No. 119/2020/QH14 and Resolution No. 131/2020/QH14; implementation effect of the Resolution.

At the end of the discussion session, member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Head of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the National Assembly Standing Committee Nguyen Thi Thanh spoke to explain and clarify a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies.

Content 2: The National Assembly discussed in groups the draft Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones.
