Revoking the validity of the Certificate of Registration of Product Declaration of Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company

Revoke the validity of the Certificate of Registration of Product Declaration for food for special dietary use CALOMIL.

According to the Decision, the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene will withdraw the validity of 5 products that have been granted a Certificate of Registration of Declaration, including: Food for special diets POSMIL (Reception number 01/2019/DKSP, issued on November 25, 2019); Nutritional products for children from 1 to 3 years old GROWMIL (Reception number 02/2019/DKSP, issued on November 25, 2019); Food for special diets DIOSMIL (Reception number 03/2019/DKSP, issued on November 25, 2019); Food for special diets CALOMIL (Reception number 04/2019/DKSP, issued on November 25, 2019); Nutritional product for children from 0 to 12 months old IMMUMIL (Reception number 05/2019/DKSP, date of issue November 25, 2019).

The recall is carried out based on the official dispatch requesting the return of the validity of the Certificate of Registration of Product Declaration of Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. The Food Safety and Hygiene Department of Phu Tho province requests that Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and related units coordinate to strictly implement the contents according to the issued Decision.
