Accordingly, the application time is from 0:00, August 10; the service price is 2,000 VND/PCU/km; the toll collection method is closed, charging according to the actual distance used; the electronic toll collection method is non-stop (ETC) for 100% of toll lanes at all stations.

Vehicles using services on the Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway must pay for the service, except for cases exempted under Decree No. 130/2024/ND-CP regulating the collection of highway usage fees for vehicles traveling on expressways owned by the entire people and directly managed and operated by the State.
