Prime Minister Ishiba highly appreciated Vietnam's policy of entering a new era with an orientation towards economic development, science and technology, and the positive results of the process of streamlining the apparatus. He believed that Vietnam would continue to gain many new and greater achievements in the new era and affirmed that Japan is ready to accompany Vietnam on the path of development.

The two ladies enjoyed green rice cakes. Mrs. Ishiba Yoshiko was delighted with the traditional Vietnamese cake. She shared that in Japan, people also consider rice as the main food in their daily meals, but this was the first time she had seen and experienced a cake made from green rice.

Sharing her experiences on the first day of visiting Japanese enterprises in Vietnam and the Vietnam Women's Museum, Ms. Ishiba Yoshiko highly appreciated the diligence, hard work, efforts and dedication of the Vietnamese people and young generation; expressed her admiration for the steadfastness, strength and many important contributions of Vietnamese women in historical periods.
