Previously, implementing the direction of the Politburo, the Prime Minister decided to receive and appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Chief Inspector of the Government .

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Doan is well-trained, has in-depth expertise in the security industry; has more than 27 years of practical experience, having held many positions at the central and local levels such as Director of Provincial Police, Deputy Secretary of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Party Committee; Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee; Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court.

The Prime Minister pointed out that in recent years, the inspection sector has achieved many outstanding achievements, making important contributions to the cause of national construction and development; always being a "shield" to protect discipline and the law.

In 2025, the Government Inspectorate has pioneered and resolutely reorganized the apparatus to be streamlined, strong, and strong (2-level model, ending the inspection activities of 12 ministries and district and department-level inspectors, cutting more than 40% of administrative procedures). This is a historic revolution for the industry.

Entering a new stage of development, the inspection sector continues to face many difficulties, challenges, heavy and complicated tasks in the context of increased decentralization, delegation of authority, control of power and the fight against "internal invaders" - corruption, negativity and waste.

Emphasizing the need to build a team of clean, honest, courageous, impartial and impartial officials, the Prime Minister also requested the inspection sector to "arrange the inspection agency system to be streamlined, strong, effective, efficient and effective", following a two-level centralized model at the central and local levels.

In particular, it is necessary to arrange for chief inspectors of provinces and cities who are not local people according to the conclusion of the Politburo, complete the plan to submit to the Government and the Prime Minister before November 15, and ensure completion according to the schedule assigned by the Politburo, before December 15.
