In just the first month, the library welcomed hundreds of readers to read books, newspapers, and documents.
With spacious facilities, scientific layout and diverse book sources, from children's stories, life skills books, reference books to news books, the library has initially shown clear effectiveness in spreading reading culture to the community.
Le Kha Han, a third grader at Chu Van An Primary School, shared: “I really like going to the library because there are many good books and the space is quiet. Every time I come here to read a book, I discover many new things.”
Not only serving children, the library also attracts many elderly people to read newspapers and improve their knowledge. Ms. Dang Thi Toan, Van village, Thanh Liet ward said: "I am very happy that the ward has a library like this. Every morning, I stop by to read a few newspapers, update the news, I hope that the library continues to promote the value of reading culture, spreading to many people in the area".
Putting the library into operation in time for the summer has promptly met the needs of learning, entertainment and skill development for children, while creating a healthy cultural living space for local people, contributing to building a rich, civilized and modern spiritual life for the community.
