One of the activities that create the effectiveness of legal propaganda of the library is the mobile service model and the coordination of organizing events on important holidays of the locality and the country. Every year, on important holidays and anniversaries (National Day September 2, President Ho Chi Minh's birthday), the library organizes book exhibitions and introductions to propagate and attract the attention of people and students.
In particular, the library has organized the circulation of books down to the grassroots level through close coordination with cultural sites, border posts, and school libraries. This activity is carried out annually with about 856 books circulated in each batch.
