Promote the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation among union members and youth

With enthusiasm and creativity, Vinh Phuc youth have been actively starting businesses in all fields; many economic development models of youth have brought high efficiency and affirmed their brands. Accompanying the youth, the Youth Union and Youth Union at all levels have had many activities to promote, encourage and support union members and youth to boldly start innovative businesses.

Tam Dao 1904 Cafe of Mr. Nguyen Hong Ngoc in Tam Dao town is one of the typical and creative start-up projects of Tam Dao youth. Mr. Ngoc shared: “To create a unique highlight for the shop, I chose a classic style, the construction and decoration materials are all wood or imitation wood, bringing a simple feeling, close to nature. The team of workers and I discussed and selected furniture and decorations in the shop to reflect the style and criteria set out.

To attract customers and introduce the image of the shop, I focus on building corners and miniatures for customers to take photos and check in, but do not charge for tickets, only for drinks.

In addition, I often organize mini music shows on weekend evenings to attract customers. After nearly 1 year of operation, Tam Dao 1904 cafe has a stable number of customers, on average, the cafe welcomes 150 - 200 customers per day, on weekends, holidays, Tet, the number of customers can increase 2 - 3 times".

With the companionship, encouragement and support of the Youth Union at all levels, departments, branches and localities, the innovative start-up movement among union members and young people has been spreading and developing strongly. Many students have potential start-up ideas.

The project "Psyre - School psychology counseling application" was implemented by a group of students from Tran Phu High School in 2023 with the desire to support parents and students in providing psychological counseling for students.

Psyre is an application installed on mobile devices, acting as a psychological expert to listen to confidences, filter information, classify psychological status, monitor and help adjust and orient the psychology of teenage students.

Users pay to learn information with the AI ​​system or directly exchange and schedule consultations with experts in many fields such as school psychology, reproductive health, career guidance, etc. Currently, the project has connected with 14 reputable experts in various fields to serve users.

As a companion and direct guide to the implementation of the project "Psyre - School psychology counseling application", teacher Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung, a teacher at Tran Phu High School, said: "When starting to build the project, the members of the group were in grade 11, however, with the help of a group of former students of Tran Phu High School (currently students majoring in Information Technology, Hanoi University of Science and Technology) and teachers, parents, the students created the software, designed graphics, contacted experts... to complete the application. Up to now, the application has been 70% completed and some units have contacted the group to continue developing the software and put it into use."

The project “Psyre - School psychology consulting application” has reached the final round of the national “Students with startup ideas” competition organized by the Central Youth Union in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training and supported by the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee in coordination with Dai Tin Vietnam Company Limited.

To promote, inspire, support and give wings to startup ideas and projects, the Youth Union and Youth Union at all levels have implemented many forms and solutions to support young startups such as providing market information, supporting startup knowledge, loans, administrative procedures, etc.

The Youth Union maintains cooperatives and youth cooperative groups, builds models of association and cooperation in production; trains and transfers scientific and technical advances in animal husbandry and cultivation; supports young people in borrowing capital to invest and expand production and business. Currently, the Youth Union has received over 652 billion VND from the Social Policy Bank for union members and young people to borrow capital to develop production and business.

To strongly promote the innovative start-up movement among union members and young people, the Youth Union at all levels and the Youth Union Association continue to accompany, focus on supporting, introducing creative ideas to apply in practice; advise on policies, loan support mechanisms, market information, administrative procedures, land... to help young people firmly step on their journey to start a business, contributing to building an increasingly innovative and developed homeland.
