Confirming with Dan Viet newspaper, Ms. Bui Thi Chuyen, Principal of La Khe Primary School, Ha Dong District, Hanoi , said that the teacher was temporarily suspended for 1 week to serve the investigation when parents reported that their child was "physically impacted".
On the evening of December 27, speaking with a reporter from Dan Viet newspaper, Ms. Bui Thi Chuyen, Principal of La Khe Primary School, Ha Dong District, Hanoi confirmed that there was an incident where a teacher pulled a student out of the multi-purpose room while they were studying PhysicalEducation .
According to Ms. Chuyen, previously, parent NL (whose child is N.D.K., a student in class 3A7 of the school) reported the incident that happened during the Physical Education class of teacher D.HM.

According to Ms. Chuyen, on December 24, during the final exam of the first semester of Physical Education, the second period from 8:40 to 9:20, teacher D.HM was teaching when some students, including student N.D.K, kept playing around and not concentrating. Teacher M. reminded them many times, but some students continued to affect the practical test of their classmates.
Worried about the progress of the test, the teacher pulled student K. out of the multi-purpose room to hand over to the homeroom teacher of class 3A7. During that process, student K. did not listen and protested violently, so the teacher left the student outside the multi-purpose room and returned to continue testing other students.
After class, teacher M. sent the students back to class and observed that K. was still playing with her friends as usual. Afterwards, teacher M. also reported the incident to the homeroom teacher. On December 25-26, student K. went to school, ate lunch, and participated in activities as usual.
After the incident, K.'s parents reported it to Ms. Duc Thi Ngoc - the homeroom teacher of class 3A7. Late on the evening of December 24, the homeroom teacher talked to Ms. M. and Ms. M. called the parents directly to apologize for the inappropriate handling.
On the morning of December 25, K. continued to go to school and her parents reported the incident to the Board of Directors. The school's Board of Directors received the information, listened, accepted the opinions and apologized to the family for this incident, and met with K. to inquire about and check on her health.
After working with the student’s parents, the school worked privately with Ms. M., asking her to rewrite the incident report. At 2:00 p.m. the same day, Ms. M. and student K.’s mother met to discuss the matter directly. During the meeting, Ms. M. sincerely apologized to the family for the unfortunate incident and promised to learn from her mistakes.
On the morning of December 26, the school principal went directly to class 3A7 and saw that student K. was still studying and playing with his friends as usual. The school discussed with the parents and arranged a meeting with the student's family on the morning of December 27. However, at around 7:00 p.m. on December 26, the parents posted information on social media about the teacher abusing the student.
On the morning of December 27, Ms. Chuyen invited parents to the school, along with representatives of the police and the Department of Education and Training, to work together to publicly extract the camera footage. The images show that teacher M. pulled the students out of the multi-purpose room, the students resisted and did not want to leave, and were seen leaning against the floor. After that, the teacher returned to continue the test with the remaining students.
However, during the entire lesson at the multi-purpose room, there was no image of Ms. M. hitting a student as reported on social media. Because there is no camera in the multi-purpose room hallway, there is no image of the incident outside the multi-purpose room hallway.

Up to this point, the school continues to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training and the Ha Dong District Police to verify the incident, and continue to work with the student's parents to have an accurate conclusion about the above incident and will handle the teacher according to regulations.
