Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San noted that for comrade Do Manh Kham, it is an honor to be appointed by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to hold the position of Commander of the 19th Corps, Chairman and General Director of the Northeast Corporation.
