Pursuant to Decision No. 124/QD-BQP dated April 14, 2025 of the Minister of National Defense on the appointment of Colonel Do Manh Kham, General Director of the Northeast Corporation to the position of Commander of the 19th Corps, Chairman and General Director of the Northeast Corporation; Decision No. 126/QD-BQP dated April 14, 2025 of the Minister of National Defense on the appointment of Colonel Tran Duy Le, Chairman of the Northeast Corporation, to the position of Deputy Commander of the 19th Corps, and Deputy General Director of the Northeast Corporation, thoroughly implementing the direction of the Minister of National Defense, at the conference, Colonel Tran Duy Le, Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Commander of the 19th Corps, and Deputy General Director of the Northeast Corporation handed over the position of Chairman of the Northeast Corporation to Colonel Do Manh Kham, Commander of the 19th Corps, Chairman and General Director of the Northeast Corporation.
