Currently, Dong Nai Electricity Company is implementing instructions for installing the Southern Electricity Customer Care Application (EVNSPC CSKH) for electricity customers in the whole province. To implement this program, the company has sent employees to the public administrative service centers of wards/communes, parishes, residential areas, production units... to directly guide customers to install the application. This activity will be implemented by the company until the end of 2025.

Customers can use it to make online transactions anytime, anywhere. With this application, customers can look up bill information, power outage schedules, monitor electricity consumption or report electrical incidents easily. This is also an official information channel, helping customers receive timely notifications about issues related to electricity services.
The implementation of the customer authentication solution via the VNeID application in opening accounts and using e-banking services, if well implemented, will bring great benefits in many aspects, contributing to improving service quality and ensuring effective safety; limiting and preventing risks and preventing high-tech crimes; developing digital banking services such as credit scoring, electronic lending, developing and expanding online banking services... At the same time, the banking industry in Dong Nai will strengthen connections and effectively exploit the National Database in the banking industry's digital banking development plan and reform administrative procedures; promote digital transformation in non-cash social security payments...

We started developing an online sales channel in 2017 called SpeedL. By 2023, Lotte Mart will officially launch the new platform LOTTEMart.vn. This is a key step in the digitalization journey, meeting the needs of consumers to be able to “go shopping” quickly and conveniently anytime, anywhere.
Enhancing digital user experiences
Currently, many units and enterprises in the province have deployed many solutions and utilities related to the development of digital economy , digital society, and digital citizens in a modern and convenient direction. The integration of many utilities brings many digital experiences to customers, contributing to increasing revenue and attracting customers in the context of digital technology development as today.
Mr. Vu Thanh Tan added: “From the beginning of 2025 until now, revenue from cashless payments at GO! supermarkets has increased about 2 times compared to the same period in 2024. In addition, in terms of communication, we are strengthening digital communication activities, gradually replacing traditional communication methods to support customers to easily access promotional programs and shopping utilities.”
According to Dong Nai Electricity Company, currently, the rate of customers installing and using the EVNSPC Customer Care application in the province has reached 51%, the company strives to have 100% of customers installing and using this application by the end of 2025.
Mr. Truong Ngoc Trung (residing in Tan Trieu ward, Dong Nai province) said: "The application supports electricity payment through electronic payment gateways, promotes modern and cashless payment methods, thereby helping people conveniently pay and update information and services from the electricity company. To ensure that customers install and use the application effectively, avoid impersonation and fraud, propaganda and customer guidance work needs to be regularly deployed by the electricity company, especially for remote areas, as well as older customers who are not familiar with technology."
Mr. Le Duy Hien added: “The implementation of instructions for customers in the province to install the EVNSPC Customer Service application is one of the important activities in the customer service work of Dong Nai Power Company in an effort to prevent the situation of impersonating power employees to call and text customers to ask them to install fake applications, causing damage to customers. In addition, with this program, we hope to promote the digitalization of electricity services, thereby improving service quality and meeting the increasing demands of customers in the digital age”.
