Receiving applications for social housing rental phase 2 at Bau Tram Lakeside

On May 7, Mr. Le Van Tuan, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, said that the department has just announced the receipt of applications for the second phase of social housing rental at the Bau Tram Lakeside social housing apartment project (Hoa Hiep Nam ward, Lien Chieu district), invested by Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project consists of 10 21-storey buildings, currently offering 296 apartments for rent, with an area of ​​36-70m², priced at VND78,000/m²/month (including VAT and maintenance fees). The application submission period is from April 28 to May 27 at the Project Management Office (Me Linh Street, turn into Huynh Dang 500m). Eligible applicants include: meritorious people, poor/near-poor households, low-income earners, workers, officials, civil servants, armed forces, students, etc.

The dossier is in accordance with Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP of the Government, Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction (including application form, certificate of eligibility, housing conditions, income, etc.). If the number of valid dossiers is greater than the number of apartments, the investor will organize a public lottery under the supervision of the Department of Construction. Meritorious people and people with disabilities will be given priority for approval first, without going through a lottery.
