Continue to recall the 4th product of singer Doan Di Bang's husband's company

(Dan Tri) - On May 27, the Ministry of Health decided to suspend circulation and recall nationwide 1 batch of G-Thera Amino Anti-Wrinkle Mask products. The reason is that the original label does not contain the correct formula ingredients as stated in the announcement file.

Specifically, the recalled G-Thera Amino Anti-Wrinkle Mask product batch is 5 pieces in a 25g box, batch number: CL06C7, expiry date: EXP20251218, receipt number of the Declaration Form 196219/23/CBMP-QLD.

The organization responsible for bringing the product to market is VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited (District 5, HCMC); the manufacturer is C&Tech Corporation, Korea.

The product was recalled because the original label did not contain the correct ingredients as stated in the cosmetic declaration file (missing Butylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin).

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests health departments to notify cosmetic businesses and users to immediately stop trading and using the above products; recall and destroy the above-mentioned violating products; inspect and supervise units implementing this notice; and handle violators according to current regulations.

VB Group Company sends recall notices to distributors and users of the above products; receives returned products from business establishments and proceeds to recall all products that do not meet regulations; sends product recall reports to the Department before June 26.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the company to review the formula ingredients on the original label with the Cosmetic Product Declaration Form for other imported batches of the violating product. In case of similar errors as the above-mentioned violating batch, the company must promptly notify the distribution and usage establishments of the recall and send a report on the review and recall of the product to the Department before June 10.

The company is fully responsible before the law if the report is not truthful.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health is required to continue to clarify and handle violations (if any) regarding two products that use phrases that can be misunderstood as drugs.

Two products including: Hanayuki Shampoo, Hanayuki Empire of Beauty brand, 300g bottle, Manufacturing date: 050125, Expiry date: 040127, LO: 0010125 (Receipt number of Declaration Form 780/24/CBMP-DN) and VB Soft & Silk product, Hanayuki Empire of Beauty brand, 150g bottle, Manufacturing date: 020125, Expiry date: 010127, LO: 0010125 (Receipt number of Declaration Form 792/24/CBMP-DN) were recorded in Inspection Report No. 91 dated May 22.

The Department is responsible for completing and transferring the violation records for products with signs of criminal violations discovered during the inspection process to the Police Agency for investigation and handling of violations according to authority.

At the same time, the Drug Administration also decided to revoke some cosmetic product declaration forms issued by the Drug Administration for the cosmetic product G-Thera Amino Anti-Wrinkle Mask.

This is the fourth product related to the company of singer Doan Di Bang's husband to be recalled recently.

Temporarily stop receiving cosmetic product declaration dossiers for VB Group Company

On May 27, the Drug Administration of Vietnam also decided to temporarily stop reviewing and receiving cosmetic product declaration dossiers for VB Group Company for a period of 6 months.

The application for the issuance of a receipt number for the Cosmetic Product Declaration Form submitted by VB Group Company before the date of issuance of this document will no longer be valid. When the suspension period for receiving applications expires, the company wishing to declare cosmetic products must submit an application according to the provisions of Circular No. 06.
