On the afternoon of May 16, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies - Enterprises and the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board held a conference to review 1 year of implementing the Work Coordination Program for the period 2023 - 2025.
The coordination program is an important basis for the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board to advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Steering Committee of Project 24 of the province to carry out the work of developing party members, grassroots party organizations, and mass organizations in enterprises in industrial parks and functional areas in the provincial economic zones.
According to the preliminary assessment of 1 year of implementing the coordination program, based on functions, tasks and powers, the two sides have specified the content of coordination work in each field, in accordance with the actual situation. The coordination content is concerned and implemented with the spirit and responsibility of each cadre, party member, supporting staff agencies, and specialized departments of the two units.
The two sides have actively coordinated in promoting and mobilizing cadres, party members, workers, laborers and business owners to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the rules and regulations of enterprises. Propagating policies on developing grassroots party organizations, party members, and developing mass organizations in private economic units; reviewing, counting and grasping the situation of the number of existing enterprises in industrial parks and functional areas in the province to have orientation in building and establishing party organizations, socio -political organizations and developing party members and union members in enterprises in the province's industrial parks.
At the conference, delegates from both units expressed their opinions, clarified the results achieved, pointed out limitations and difficulties, and proposed solutions to improve coordination in the coming time.
The two units highly agreed that in the coming time, they will continue to pay attention to implementing well the coordination contents, thereby helping the Party Committee of the Bloc and the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board to perform well their functions and tasks, contributing to building grassroots party organizations in private economic units, building the Party, enhancing the leadership role and leadership effectiveness of the Party in the current period.
