This is an unprecedented policy in the natural diamond market, representing Tierra's pioneering step in the journey to build a new transparency standard for the luxury market.

With this policy, Tierra commits to 100% of the payment value and product recall if the customer can prove that a GIA diamond with equivalent parameters is sold at a lower price at other brands.

Details of the program "High-class diamonds - Price includes mortgage"

The "High-end Diamond - Guaranteed Price" program is implemented across the Tierra Diamond system from November 1 to November 30, 2025, for natural diamond products with GIA certification, Round Shape, size up to 5.4 mm, with comparable conditions to diamonds purchased at Tierra.

Customers can submit a verification request within 07 days from the date of the order form or invoice, the deadline for receiving the request is 07/12/2025. The accepted verification price must be the final selling price stated on the invoice, after deducting all promotions or discounts according to the public program. Prices agreed privately, internal prices or prices according to non-public programs will not be included in the scope of application.

At the same time, the invoice from the reference retailer must be issued within the same period 01/11 - 30/11/2025.

Valid documents include:

• Valid electronic sales invoice (according to tax regulations)
• The retailer's guarantee or return policy is valid for verification, and can be in the name of the customer or an immediate family member.
  
• Each GIA certification code can only participate in the program once. Customers can submit their verification documents online with supporting documents, or submit them directly at 15 Tierra Diamond branches nationwide for support.

After receiving valid documents, Tierra will notify the results within 3 - 5 working days. For approved documents, refunds will be made within 01 working day via bank transfer or cash, after the verification and product recall process is completed.
