Mobile Training Battalion - Quang Ninh Border Guard well implements Grassroots Democracy Regulations

On April 11, the Mobile Training Battalion, Quang Ninh Border Guard, organized the Battalion-level Grassroots Democracy Conference for April 2025. Attending and directing the Conference were Colonel Vu Van Hung, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard; Lieutenant Colonel Le Quang Chieu, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard.

Over the past years, the Party Committee and the commander of the Mobile Training Battalion (Provincial Border Guard) have led and directed the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations to promptly resolve difficulties and problems of the troops. Commanders at all levels regularly have democratic dialogues with officers and soldiers; organize regular Political and Spiritual Culture Days, Law Days; democratic activities on logistics - finance, standards, policies, salary and allowance regimes, etc. are carried out in a regular and good quality manner.

The Party Committee and the Battalion Command have organized the dissemination of directives, resolutions, plans, and instructions from superiors, the situation and tasks of Border Defense work, training, combat readiness , and building a strong and comprehensive unit.

The Military Council closely coordinates with the Grassroots Youth Union to do a good job of propaganda, education, and motivating all soldiers to actively implement the resolutions and conclusions of the Party Committee, plans, orders, and regulations of the Battalion Command.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and contributing ideas, pointing out shortcomings, causes and drawing many experiences, such as: Determining practical leadership policies and solutions; promoting the exemplary role of cadres; strengthening the leadership of Party committees at all levels; strictly maintaining grassroots democratic dialogue activities; promoting the role and strength of organizations and forces in implementing grassroots democracy regulations.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Vu Van Hung, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard, requested Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Mobile Training Battalion to continue to study and grasp the content, forms, and measures of ideological management; grasp and orient public opinion in the unit to effectively implement Regulation 775. Strictly comply with regulations on grasping and reporting the situation according to the direction of superiors, promote the role of Party committees, Party organizations, command organizations, mass organizations, and Military Councils in implementing democracy at the grassroots level. Creatively apply forms and measures to ensure a firm and comprehensive grasp of the ideological situation, public opinion, and discipline of soldiers to have strict management measures.

Do a good job of political and ideological education, train cadres and soldiers to have a strong political stance, a high stance, viewpoint and " resistance " to fight against the impact of negative issues in society, ensuring the building of a solid ideological battlefield for cadres and soldiers in the unit.

Regularly and thoroughly grasp the viewpoints, guidelines, policies of the Party, the laws of the State, the discipline of the Army, the tasks of the unit; publicize the regimes, standards, and policies; pay attention to and ensure the material and spiritual life of officers and soldiers, build a rich and healthy cultural environment of the unit so that new officers and soldiers can feel secure in their work, training, living, and studying.
